Jeremy benefited from Outdoor Experimental Education when he was a teenager. He went for an expedition in Indonesia with Operation Raleigh in 1986 for one month as a young venturer. The challenges he faced during the journey has great impact on him in terms of confi-dence and self-reliance. Jeremy has worked not only in the commercial world but also served a famous NGO in Outdoor Education in Hong Kong at senior position. He is now mainly for developing interesting and challenging programmes for adventure programs. He also incorporates effective communication skills in the team building training for corporate clients.
